Who we are
ZeroOne is an online coding & AI school for children aged 9–14 (zeroone.az). We process personal data only as described below and only to run the school.
What we collect
Via the enrolment form: the parent's name and contacts (email, phone), the child's name and age, the chosen program and a message. During study: the student's progress, attendance, homework and projects. Via the newsletter form: an email address.
Children's data
A child's data is provided by the parent (legal guardian) and only with their consent. We collect the minimum needed for learning: name, age, learning progress. We never publish a child's data without the parent's separate consent.
Why we use data
To contact you about your request, organise lessons, track progress, show it in the family portal and — if you subscribed — send school updates. We do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising.
Where data is stored
Data lives in a protected database (PostgreSQL, hosted by Neon) and on our server in the EU. Only staff who need it for their work can access it; every admin action is logged.
Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies: the portal sign-in session and preferences (language, theme). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention
Enrolment requests — up to 2 years after the last contact; student records — for the study period and up to 1 year after; newsletter subscription — until you opt out.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your and your child's data, its correction, or complete deletion. Write to us — we reply within 30 days.
