About the service
The zeroone.az site and the family portal provide information about the ZeroOne school and access to learning materials, the schedule and student progress.
Enrolment and payment
The trial lesson is free and carries no obligation. Program terms and pricing are listed on the site and confirmed at enrolment. Payment is arranged with the school administrator.
Accounts
Portal access is issued by the school. Parents and students agree not to share sign-in details with third parties. The school may suspend access if the rules are broken.
Conduct in lessons
Lessons run in a moderated environment. Insults, bullying and any unsafe content are prohibited. After talking to the parent, the school may suspend a student for repeated violations.
Intellectual property
Learning materials belong to ZeroOne and are for the student's personal study only. Projects created by the student belong to the student.
Cancellation
The academic-year plan is monthly with no long lock-in. Please tell us in advance if a lesson will be missed — we will try to offer a reschedule.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. We will notify parents about substantial changes.
